It was such a pleasure doing business with you. From the time that we contacted you to quote on our retaining wall  repair project, right through to completion, we had nothing but sterling service. The final results really exceeded our expectations and we have received numerous compliments about the wall.

Wayne was present throughout the site work and nothing was too much trouble for him and his team, even when we asked for a few adjustments and additions. He worked well with the structural engineer to ensure that work was carried out in accordance with the specifications.

The work area was left spotlessly clean and Wayne and his team came well prepared to clean up as they went along, even though they were working with ‘messy’ building materials.

Service and workmanship of this high standard is rare these days and we would have no hesitation to engage them again ourselves and to recommend them to anyone else.

The interior of our unit was long overdue for painting.   We accepted a quote from MASON WEST  – who went out of their way to fit us in so the work could be completed before our granddaughter’s visit. All I can say is they are SIMPLY THE BEST.

They have done the most amazing job – their meticulous attention to detail is unbelievable.  The work has been completed in record time and so efficiently-   There are no words to express how delighted we are with the finish.

My decision to hire Mason West to renovate my home is one I will never regret. I lived in my home during the two months extensive renovations because the contractors were ever mindful of my comfort. Craig and Wayne were often on site liaising with me and the foreman, as well as giving advice and encouragement. The formen, first Gareth and then Marc, were on site daily and were in telephonic contact with Craig and Wayne many times during the day.

I always received a phone call if they were running late. The technicians were honest, respectful, diligent and highly skilled. When I complimented a painter on his work he replied, “We work until the customer is satisfied.”

This comment could be Mason West’s slogan. Their attention to detail was amazing. The site was thoroughly cleaned before they left for the day. Thank you to Craig and his team for everything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our thanks for handling the recent renovations to our premises. What started out as routine renovations turned into something far more complex than envisaged. However despite the difficulties and setbacks the work was completed to our entire satisfactin. We have also received positive comments from owners on the quality of the finish.
